TOP HoReCa si THR Group au încheiat un parteneriat în vederea promovării şi dezvoltării unitatilor de turism din România.
Astfel, în parteneriat cu THR Group ne putem ocupa de proiecte pentru accesarea de fonduri structurale, pentru clientii TOP HoReCa. Sprijinul oferit clienţilor noştri vizează finanţări pentru dezvoltarea resurselor umane prin programul Phare 2006 (finanaţare până la 98% din valoarea costurilor de instruire şi salariul persoanelor instruite pe perioada instruirii) şi finanţări pentru sprijinirea accesului la internet şi la serviciile conexe, inclusiv achiziţionare de echipamente şi periferice (finanţare până la 60% din costuri).
1. Finantare pentru Dezvoltarea Resurselor Umane
Proiectele cofinantate din fonduri europene pentru DRU (dezvoltarea resurselor umane) permit:
1. Cresterea eficientei economice, consecinta a unui proces continuu de ameliorare, perfectionare, schimbare si permanenta pregatire a personalului prin dobandirea de noi competente si aprofundarea celor de care dispune (LONG LIFE LEARNING).
2. Cresterea competitivitatii pe piata printr-un CUSTOMER SERVICE de calitate, realizat prin proprii dumneavoastra angajati (angajati cu aptitudini si competente corespunzatoare, adevarati profesionisti printr-o pregatire specializata THR)
