Our objective is to create mutually advantageous partnerships through which to grow once with our partners. Besides our solutions, we put at our partners’ disposal sales assistance and our experience in the field of informatic solutions dedicated to horeca.
We also provide training programs meant to offer our partners the necessary knowledge for a perfect implementation of the TOP Horeca solutions, for all areas of interest.

There are several levels where partnerships can be bound within the TOP Horeca Partnership Programs.
Due to the fact that these programs are based on performance, each level stands for different levels of involvement and participation.
TOP Horeca acknowledges three levels of a partnership.

Partner kit

At the beginning of our collaboration and after that, we provide all the marketing or sale materials that our partners need, on electronic format: full descriptions of all our products, commercial offers and marketing materials, (presentation case portfolios, flyers).

Free licenses for own use During the entire period of the contract, partners can benefit from free TOP Horeca solutions, exclusively for their own use.

Lead directioning
TOP Horeca supports you in getting new sale opportunities by allowing you access to important information related to leads.
All requests coming from leads straight to TOP Horeca will be directed to local partners

Technical and commercial training
TOP Horeca team regularly organizes training courses concerning sale and use of the supplied solutions. These courses are meant both for the specialists in the technical field, and for the ones in the sales field. Thus, our partners will know the best methods to sell TOP HoReCa solutions.

Assistance on solution implementation
The team of technical support from TOP Horeca will assist and support the beneficiary’s or partner’s specialists (by telephone, by remote connection or by interventions at clients’ premises) in installing and configuring own solutions. After implementation – in case of any critical situations, partners can contact the technical support specialists from TOP Horeca

Marketing support
The TOP Horeca marketing team is at our partners’ disposal to conceive and run joint marketing activities: events, press releases, promotional offers and promotion campaigns. In the view of supporting the promotion and commercialization of own solutions, the TOP Horeca marketing team provides its partners with all marketing materials: commercial offers, catalogues of products, promotional materials, brochures, studies, documentations related to TOP Horeca products and services.

Access to the technical support service
Our partners’ requests for technical support are answered in maximum 2 hours (in case of major problems) and in max. 12 hours (in case of regular problems).
