Upon entering the stock control system eXpresSoft Master, the first step would be data entry based on the legal documents used for controlling the replenishment of raw material stock (Delivery notice, Invoice, Return invoice, Acquisition schedule). Following data entry, the system will automatically issue an Input – Reception Note, according to the legislation in force.

stock Transfers

The program allows you to move raw material or end products between different stores (in case prefab items or end products are transferred from the production department to a point of sale). The quantity of items in each transfer is automatically subtracted from the source inventory and added to the destination one. Following the data processing, the system will generate a Delivery-return note that can be listed.

the relationship with the suppliers

It allows you to keep a clear evidence of the payments made to the suppliers. You will know, at any time, how much you have to pay to a certain supplier, which are the unpaid invoices, the payment deadlines, the delay period for an invoice payment, the payments made towards a supplier over a certain period, as well as the value of items provided by a certain supplier.

The sales module is designed to keep track of actual inventory usage in terms of raw materials, prefabs and end products. Following data processing, the inventory from which the products were sold will be unloaded accordingly to the method used, and a Sales Invoice, Delivery Notice or Return Invoice will be automatically generated. The report can be directly printed on the standard document issued by the Ministry of Finances.

The consumption notes are issued when you want to enter consumption levels by inventory. After processing the data, the quantity consumed will be automatically subtracted from the inventory and a Consumption Note will be issued (note which is different for quantity – value and value inventories).

Stocks represent an important issue for any type of business (regarded as financial resources immobilization) and therefore, the eXpresSoft Master system can help you manage stock efficiently. The application offers you all the details necessary to place orders with production department or with suppliers and to sell / deliver goods to clients.  

1. Current stocks

The current stocks can be generated both synthetically (total quantity and value of stock) as well as analytically (stock per product, output and the product’s unit value).

2. Inventory sheet

The inventory sheet provides information on quantity – value stock, as well as on stock movement between different units. The type of documents which ensure the quantities flow and their value are described in the inventory sheet.

3. Balance sheet

The inventory control system eXpresSoft Master, allows you to generate the balance sheet for a certain product, a certain category or a certain stock. Using the balance sheet you can mark out the initial stocks, inputs, outputs and final stocks for any product.

4. Warning on critical stocks 

The system allows you to set up minimum and maximum stock levels for the raw materials and the number of days chosen for replenishing the stock. The stocks can be marked out on single items, on inventory or on products category.

5. Raw materials 

This is the module used to determine the necessary raw materials for a certain product category, recipes. Moreover, it will be useful to keep track of raw materials necessary to produce certain items.

Generate an inventory report

Generating an inventory report allows you to highlight the discrepancies between the theoretical and physical counts. Using this module, the user can generate a series of reports: inventory worksheets with or without theoretical Count Entry, discrepancy lists, on hand reports.

Following the registration of the physical stock in the inventory worksheets and the establishment of discrepancies, you can partially or completely adjust them or leave them unadjusted. The stocks adjustment process is a completely automatic one. Therefore, in case of supplementary stock the system will generate a Take-in note and in case of stock deficit it will issue a Consumption note.
This module allows you, by means of archive, to view any inventory report with all the discrepancies registered up to present moment.

Receipes

(equivalent categories, recipes, output, related recipes, raw materials estimation)

The system allows an unlimited number of recipes. The raw materials necessary for the recipes are automatically subtracted from the inventory defined by the user. You can define product categories, fact which allows you to substract an item from the inventory, even if it doesn’t actually exist on the theoretical stock at that time.
The module allows users to make raw materials estimations that facilitate the supply activity. You can list the recipes that contain a certain product any time.

selling prices 

The system allows you to create a logical pricing policy to easily control both the selling prices and mark-ups. The price lists contain complete pricing for both purchased products as well as for items produced for sale.

 you can set different prices: wholesale prices, internal prices and retail prices;
 retail prices can be split up into several selling prices;  
 the software allows you to track all past price changes;  
 the selling prices can be both fixed (pre-set prices) and variable (set the markup to be added);  
 selling price changes are made automatically by the system at certain date selected by user; 
 selling price changes can be made for each item, subcategory or category of products.

Reports

The system can generate over 200 reports which facilitate the strategic and tactical decision-making process. The reports can be customized and this filter module allows you to generate daily, weekly, monthly or yearly reports.  ..
